We are closely monitoring the situation with UPS and the negotiation with the Teamsters Union. If there were a work stoppage of any sort, everyone in the U.S. would feel the impact, simply because of the significant infrastructure that UPS provides in transportation.
While we feel optimistic that a deal will be completed prior to the August 1st deadline, we have planned contingencies in the event of a driver strike. Our contingencies include pivoting to our secondary in-house carriers and feeding volume into the FedEx domestic network, USPS, and select LTL carriers to deliver product to our customers.
