Facilities Update

Update May 12, 2020:

  • Our decoration services have reopened in our Sidney, OH facility. We are following recommended guidelines to ensure the safety of our staff.  If you had a decorated order but have not been contacted, please reach out to customer service at sales@augustasportswear.com.

    Update April 22, 2020:

    • Our sublimation production facility shutdown has been extended until June 1.  We support the government-mandated shutdown as the health of our employees is a top priority.  We have updated our lead times for these products online.

    Update April 7, 2020:

    • As of April 7, 2020, we will be reopening our Ohio distribution center to be able to ship blank stock Holloway, High Five, and Russell Athletic products.  We will have a limited amount of team members working and they will be adhering to the recommended guidelines set forth to keep them safe. 

    Update April 2, 2020:

    • The Governor of Ohio has extended the At-Home Health Order through May 1, 2020 which will mean our distribution center will remain closed and unable to ship Holloway, High Five and certain Russell Athletic orders.
    • Our sublimation production facility is required to close for the two months (updated April 22) beginning on April 2nd. We support the government-mandated shutdown as the health of our employees is a top priority.   

    Update March 24, 2020:

    • Our Sidney, OH distribution center will be CLOSED to comply with the Ohio At-Home Health Order.
    • All blank garment orders and decorated orders for Russell Athletic (excluding certain styles; see list below), High Five, and Holloway product will begin shipping again pending a lift on the order.
    • This does NOT affect custom sublimated orders for those brands which will continue to ship as normal. (updated April 2, 2020)
    • This does NOT affect certain Russell Athletic styles, which will be drop shipped from Montgomery, Alabama beginning on March 30th and continue through the period of the order. (updated April 7, 2020)
    • In addition, this does NOT affect the Augusta Sportswear Brand, which will also continue to ship as normal.

    Staying Safe

    • At Augusta Sportswear Brands we have increased the frequency and rigor of cleaning in our offices and distribution centers. Additionally, we have modified our paid time off policies to ensure that all of our employees — including hourly distribution center employees — who miss work due to illness do not suffer the loss of income or other benefits.
